Arrival & Dismissal

Arrival:       
  • 8:45-9:00am
  • Supervision begins on our yard.
  • All students meet at the back of the school.
  • Students can use the Kiss & Fly doors or walk around by the soccer field.
 
Dismissal:
  • 3:20pm  - ALL students will be dismissed at 3:20pm
  • Kindergarten will exit:
                    - Kiss and Fly doors for pick up or
                    - exit front doors to bus
  • Gr 1-3 exit the front door (board bus, walk home, meet for pick-up)
  • Gr 4-6 exit the ‘soccer door’ (board bus, walk home, meet for pick-up)
 
Buses:
Morning: All students dropped off will meet out back. Kindergarten bus students and their bus buddies will also walk together to the back to meet supervisors/peers.
 
Afternoon: Buses will leave as soon as they are loaded.
 
“All Ages Kiss and Fly” Zone (street loop): This is a drop/load zone not an extended parking area.
Mornings: All students can enter the Kiss and Fly doors then meet at the back of the school.
Afternoons: Kindergarten students will exit these doors.
 
MRES Parking Lot & FEMSS Parking Lot:
Our MRES staff/visitor parking lot has limited/inconsistent space. ‘Buses’ will be given entry/exit priority. Parents are encouraged to use our dedicated MRES parking spaces at FEMSS at the top of the hill to drop off/pick-up students. If you are entering our school parking lot for a pickup/drop off, stay behind buses in the bus lane at the end of the day, do not pass the buses or drive through the parking lot.
